Found them on Google, called the number, they arranged for someone to come and quote the job, received reasonable the quote quickly, I excepted, they booked in the within a week, plumber came on the day arrived on time, spoke with me to confirm what needed doing and completed the job to a high standard, tidied up as best he could said goodbye and left. "Always use Forward for everything. They installed our boiler and service it every year. So keen was the engineer he suggested I report a problem with the gas board after smelling it slightly in the basement. It transpires there were 3 leaks in our building and 4 next door! Grateful to Neil for his keen nose!! Highly recommended company"
